I currently have replaced all my oem speakers along with the head unit on my z. For some reason it sounds like my speakers are not loud at all and Im guessing it has to do with the bose amp. I want to remove the amp but is there some kind of bypass I need to do? Has anyone removed there bose amp completely. If so what exactly was needed inorder for everything to work.
I have tryed looking it up and have had no luck.

You either need to run new speaker wires to your non-OEM head unit or you need to run RCA's to a shiny new multi-channel amp and then run your speaker wires from there. The BOSE components should be COMPLETELY out of the picture at this point. In fact, I'd remove all of that BOSE garbage this weekend. It's all haunted. Seriously.
The man speaks the truth up there.
You can integrate the factory bose amp by running high level (speaker wires) from the aftermarket deck to the amp through a Nissan connector and turn the amp on with the blue wire but thats the very least that you can do. Best bet is to bypass the stock amp alltogether by running new speaker wires from the deck to the speakers or run a much better aftermarket amplifier with some reasonable power. Replace the speakers with anything else please!
