Default stock amp to different subwoofer?

can i hook my kicker 12 inch subwoofer up to my stock z amplifyer i have the bose system no navigation? will it sound at least as good as the sock subwoofer did befor it blew?
heres the specs of the kicker.

If you liked the way the stock sub sounded, why not get one. They go for cheap all the time

-_- idk what to do i dont really want to spend 500 on a new sub and amplifyer... but even if i do that dont i need to get a different cd player?

You can get a stock sub for less than a 100.00. If you are not someone that boom boom all the time it should last. The reason guys don't like it is because it does not sound the best but not for its durability. Just put up a WTB thread and get a used one. Just give it a try. If it blows, at least you convinced yourself.
