If you had a in car pc you might be able to setup something like this. Would have to get a bluetooth dongle for the pc. Then route the audio from the pc to a your audio system and hook up a mic to the pc. That should work in theory. My Belkin blue tooth dongle has a BT service that lets the pc act as the headset for a bluetooth enabled phone.
