Default Dash kits

Anyone know where to get some of the sweet looking dash kits I've seen on this site? I know I can get a standard kit from Crutchfield with the pocket on the bottom. I'd maybe like that with the smoked plexiglass, or that nice silver one with the headunit in the middle of it.

If I'm bringing all of my components to the installer, is the kit all I need to bring him (if he doesn't stock it), or is there other things he needs to put in the headunit (besides wires and stuff).

Thanks for any help...pretty new to car audio. Sorry for any newbie questions.

If they are an installer like Ultimate Electronics or any of the other big name places they should have the wiring harness that is needed. I used a Metra 70-7550 if that helps.
