XM on stock 2003 Bose
There is not a direct connection available yet. I know that www.blitzsafe.com is working on one.
Currently, you could use the Delphi SkyFi, Roady or XM Commander with FM modulators. The former two have a wireless FM Mod available.

Just do what I do w/the ipod. Use the tape deck until blitz comes out with a solution. Tape deck freq response is excellent relative to XM modulators. Kinda ugly. But when blitz comes out with their adaptor, I'm going to get that. I installed one in my brothers 5 series and it took me a whole 5 minutes to install.
AWESOME!!

I know its a little out of context but it might help. I had XM installed on my base Z the other day. I absolutly LOVE it. I think it sounds much better and louder than regular radio. To me every song is cd quality.
I install car audio as a part time job at Circuit City....We use the FM modulated recievers all the time, and they surprisingly work pretty good....better than you may think at least. They have improved FM modulation technology vastly in the past couple years in terms of quality.
