Does the Z with the Bose system and navigation
Use the same wiring harness as the one with
Non-navigation

be more specific.

if you are trying to install nav into a non nav car, that harness and a whole bunch else is missing

No my car has nav bt my new stereo is a regular single din
Head unit

so you are looking for the patch harness to adapt your oem harness to your new stereo?

Yes I got one bt when I hooked it up no sound came out that's why
I'm wondering if there are different

If you have a Bose system and you're only replacing the deck, you'll want to use a PAC ROEM-NIS2 harness. You're bound to have issues without one as the deck will sometimes have issues with the factory Bose amp.

The harnesses are the same between models i believe. You'll have one harness plug from the car left over from the factory navigation voice. You'd just leave that unplugged. Save yourself from possible headaches and buy the PAC ROEM-NIS2 and do it right the first time.

That being said, you still will usually get sound without one. The sound volume is where the issues arise. It sounds like you've blown a fuse.
