Default Advanced Audio Build (idea) -- please look

Whats good guys, so ive been planning to upgrade my current zen closure box to something more hardcore. I was thinking up putting 2 10inch's facing the front, behind the stock rear speakers, drop and amp in between them, then have a 12inch, also front facing "loading the bass " to the 10s. very hard to picture so i drew some **** quick. Check it out and let me know what u you guys think.

in my experience in building and working in car audio scene since i was 18 the two 10 inch in your design wont be doing much. Bass needs more room to travel hense why boxes are almost always built to face the back of the car. You are better off building a custom setup for just the two 10s and eliminate the 12 inch. Design a box to face up on a 45 degree angle facing back behind the strut so you look down at the face of the subs when you open the hatch. Hope you are good at fiberglassing. If you have any questions you can shoot me a message and I can try to help you out some.

I really like the look of this, maybe with an amp in between the two 10's. Has anyone done this and is there enough room to clear the subs? And the box would be pretty big and roomy considering in extends out to all the way under the strut.

If you stick the amp out in the open like that, be sure to install a really good alarm system as well. I also agree on dumping the 12" and turning the 10's to the rear. The longer the travel, the better. Don't skimp out on the subs. Get the best you can buy. If you're doing this for looks alone than the photo you posted looks fine. From a SQ perspective, it's going to sound like crap though, and you'll be lucky if your hearing isn't shot after a few years. It's probably a silly question, but are you only interested in loud bass as opposed to a more balanced sound?

no actually SQ is my only concern ha. im lookin at either speaker pods or kick panels (which do you guys prefer?) and re locating my tweeters to my pillars or mold then in with the pods/kicks. as far as SQ goes, would a stealth install be a better option? thanks for the input guys
