None of the diagrams I have found, either here or elsewhere. I really need help because plug and play into the "plug-and-play" Scosche harness is not working at all and the wires don't seem to match at all. Please help, I can't find an 06 wiring diagram anywhere with even the right wire colors on it

I appreciate your response, though that's one of the many wiring diagrams that doesn't match my car haha. None of the colors match up pretty much, and the harness doesn't even begin to make the proper connections.

Thank you for trying though, has no one seriously had this same issue with their 06+?

 

Google search for the 06 service manual, it has all of the connector pin numbers and colors for all of the models - look under the av section.

Maybe look for a different harness adapter? For my '08 I bought an adapter from Crutchfield, and it worked with no issues. I can't tell you what brand it is, though. The only wires not on the adapter were the (aftermarket) amp turn-on lead, the handbrake switch sensor, and the power for the (aftermarket) back-up camera. Other than that, I made all the connections from the adapter to the Kenwood head unit's wiring on my dining room table.

 

Haha unfortunately all of this information was completely useless, but I appreciate the help guys. I ended up going out there and spent a couple hours with my multimeter and found which wire was which and then re-pinned the harnesses myself to match.
