So I received my jbl ms-62c's and isntalled both pairs in the door and while one sounds astonishing, the other one rattles whenever bass is applied! Apparently, when I apply pressure to the center ring it stops the rattling, but I'm not sure how to fix it. Should I attempt to do it myself or should I call them about the warranty? Thanks.

 

Call them. Sounds like it could be defective.
