amp installation (i need help)

Default amp installation (i need help)

Hello 350z fans
I have a 06 touring z and i want to install amp & sub on my Z but i have no clue on where to run the power wire . i looked on the how to's and the search for links and nothing came out .. Help me find this plz thanks

I'm sure it won't be hard to do i'm about to install a system i pulled out of my other car into my z soon so this should help me out as well. Let me know how it works out for you.

It was actually VERY easy to run the power wire.

The only hard part (at least for me) was replacing the center console after you replace and wire your headunit, because there is like ZERO extra space back there for wires, and it was a hassle getting all the wires tucked in so that you could replace the console.

ok wait what? lol i put a dvd player in there and it was fine . now ima have to take it back out for the RCA and the Blue(remote) wire ..

oh yeah. enjoy.


I had 2 sets of RCA cables for my amp. ran my speaker wires from my amp through my center console and connected behind headunit (didn't want to deal with going through molex plug in doors), and another RCA type cable for my backup camera, and a USB cable to a plug in my cubby, and wiring for my remote radar detector, and a couple other wires.

Man I'm here to tell you, putting it all back togther with all those wires back there sucked big donkeys.
