rear speakers: use factory amp or wire straight to deck?
Hey everyone,
I would like to change out the rear speakers to help with the fill. I'm going to get low RMS rear speakers such as Pioneer G1644r (2-40RMS).
Would it be a good idea to wire the rear speakers to the bose amp or straight to the deck?

Lol, 92K is right. Right now, I have Polk Audio components, a kicker sub in the stock location powered by an Alpine amp. The Bose speakers in the rear sound like poop. The setup sounds amazing so far though (minus the Bose)!
I think I have to tweak the settings on the amp/deck. I was going to do the rear speakers just for fill. What do you guys think?

That's true, I think my money will be better spent on Dynamat. I'll Dynamat the doors and the sub enclosure more.
Dynamat is a waste of money. You can get much better than that.
I have SecondSkin in my car. But I was sponsored and didn't have to pay for it.
There are lots of deadener companies out there.

You can throw a couple of inexpensive Infinity coaxial speakers in the rear, and you will get the fill you want. Just connect the Infinity speakers to the existing wires that had connected your Bose rear speakers.
