I need some serious help here.

I paid Bob at Gaugecraft to do my gauges which look great......when they work...

On some days the main gauges all light up and on other days, half of the gauges are dim while the rest of the cluster is at normal brightness.
Makes no sense..

If the fuse was blown, I suspect the lights would not come on at all.

Any advice here? Bob agreed to take them back, but I want to make sure everything is good to go before I send them back as it costs me a lot of time and money.
