I think I know what to do once I get to the wiring, except I can't remove the license plate to install the new camera license plate. One of the hex bolts is stuck. I keep turning it but it won't budge. Any ideas?

I was thinking of going in from the trunk side, but don't know how to remove the plastic interior trim to get access to the license plate.

 

cut the head of it off with a dremel......

 

How do I extract after that?

 

pliers and twist it out... of the thing it screws into is spinning you should be able to see it and hold it still
