Default Bose in nismo

Hey all, i tried to search but have gotten mixed answers and somewhat confused since everyone has a different opinion on what works or what doesnt work. I would like to keep my oem cd player but wanted to upgrade to bose so i can use the cassete with aux option. Does anyone know if bose would work in a 2008 nismo basic player? And if not what would be needed if i purchased the bose deck... the mini oem amp? I heard mixed answers on there being two amps one for sub and one for speakers? Is this true? Also would i need the oem wiring for the sub to hook up to the deck player? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would also highly recommend you just find a different headunit that you prefer. Much less headache than trying to rewire OEM stuff and the final product will likely have higher sound quality.

^^^ This, definitely!

Oh, Bose can be done but for what $$ and labor, hardly worth it. Go aftermarket.
