remove cd

hi all need help how do i remove a cd from old unit as forgot it in when changed unit all help appreciated it is the orignal 6 cd/cassette system

hook it up to power, hit eject button

You download the CD to your phone/anything but a CD and play through that

thanks guys but fitted new stereo so cannot hook it up without stripping it all again any other way like which is live and neutral pin on back of old system cheers
