Default Please help. Installed new head unit. No accessory power to either unit now.

This is my first thread on here. So my apologies if I do something wrong. I have a 2008 350z vert with the Bose sound system. I bought a brand new android unit and I tried my best to install everything right. Solder, shrink tube, steering wheel control adapter.. I went to try it out when I got it all wired up and I have no power. I licked the harness that goes to the unit. It's getting power. (Ouch). The factory head unit won't power on now either. I checked the mirror fuse. All good. Even switched 2 to make sure. Please help. My car is a mess. And I really don't wanna put it back together without it functioning properly. Thank you!

Edit: I now have a check engine light as well.

Too much could go wrong with one of these installs, but if neither the aftermarket nor OEM HU are functioning, check the grounds first.

The CEL light will be triggered if you tried putting the car in ACC or ON (or staring it) while the harness for the 3 gauges was unplugged during install in order to test the HU to see if it functions. Or, obviously anything else.
