They averaged about $450 each. (They are slightly different.) One is a demo unit that I had upgraded with the Burr-Brown upgrade (to run the Dynaudios), and the other is a new unit without the upgrade (to run the sub). This evened out the price.

The prices were actually pretty reasonable for all my other parts, too, as I got most of the stuff used. The only two brand-spankin' new parts were the Dynaudios, one of the TRU amps, and the sub driver.

Yup, Leon is the man.
I also picked up a 9815 head unit. (Got it from the scratch-and-dent section at Crutchfield.) Very nice looking headunit with some nice features. I'm hoping the 5 band parametric EQ will be sufficient for tuning, otherwise I'll have to install a more complete outboard EQ unit.
As far as the Alpine nav items, I picked up the M760 used on Ebay for $350, and the n852a nav unit was $1200 in the scratch-and-dent section of Crutchfield.
