where to buy install tools ?

Default where to buy install tools ?

I'm about to do a head unit, amp, and speaker install.

anyone know a good place to buy tools for removing trim panels, din radio removal tools, etc... ?

you don't need any special tools. A phillips head screw driver will do it all. The trim panels can all be pulled out with your hands.

is there a trick to removing panels, other than just using caution?

i seem to break some of those fasteners sometimes when removing them

ehh just yank. try and pull the pieces close to where the pins are. i think that makes it a little easier to get them out and helps not break the clips. the clips seem pretty sturdy. i removes all my panels twice and only broke one clip, and that was during reinstalling the panels a friend a friend didn't have it lined up properly and busted the clip pushing it into a part of the car frame.

if you are worried about breaking some clips just stop by a dealership and pick some up. i'm sure they are cheap.
