has anyone installed a 12w7?

I was wondering if anyone has installed a Jl Audio 12w7? I am trading in my g35 for a 350z, and wanted to know if the sub would fit.

I tried, but they said they couldnt fit it where i wanted. They basically said the only way they could get it in was if they raised the trunk and reenforced the box. So now im sellin my 12W7
