It has all papers and warrenty info. It is brand new in the box. I'm trying to get $400 OBO Shipped for it in the US via UPS Ground. I'm on ebay and will put it up there if nothing happens here. I realize I'm a newbie and all so I also have a ebay account "PhantonR" if you want to check that out. I live in Columbia, SC and am more then willing to do a local pickup if you want. I just got this amp, and it is not going to work for what I need. I took the advice of others and got 2 different amps. Apparently my subs are amazingly power hungry, who knew?? Brand new direct from Polk (no referb), never used, only opened box to stare longingly at it a few times. Since it left polk, no power has been through it.
