this question is bothering me for some time now , cant seem to find an honest answer... If you have Navi in your car and it gets stolen , can they pin point the location of it using gps ? and if they could , is it worth to get lo jack in addition to navi ?

 

Although the navigation system knows your location through GPS, it's not set up to work as a transponder to send out your location to a secondary receiver. For that capability you need a lojack installed.

 

so if my car is stolen I cant locate it using my navi - correct ?
