Hey guys, recently there has been a few acts of vandalism around my area. It's terrible because now I worry about the Z. I'm thinking about getting a much better system, I'm looking for something very high class which has a proximity senor. Also, I saw there is a new system out there where you can record your own voice as the alarm, which I thought would be neat to have.

Mainly looking for proximity sesnor, LCD remote fob which shows the car, and if possible the 'my voice alarm'.

Anyone know where I can find this system?

 

The two way systems are nice but not as secure, mainly for show but does allow you to check the status of your car. Compustar(two-way,one-way), Clifford G5(one-way), and Marix rs3.5 (two way)

 

DEI had a module that allowed you to record your own voice out for a while. We tried to install one but it would only work with the VIPER 800 ESP which we could never sell. It was also kinda pricey if I remember right.

The alarm They can record and play back is the viper 516L. I know this because I have one. It is worth every penny that it costs. I am running another viper alam in parallel with the talking one as a aux add-on component. So I get real time warnings and a custom voice that tells them to F-off as my pre warning. It is too much fun to record your own personalized messages for pre-warning, violations and actual theft attempts. But after the pre-warn, they mostly give up. Thankfully
p.s. the other viper alarm I have is the 3100. And they run together flawlessly.
