What radar detector are you using and where have you placed it?

 

very good question. i always wonder about this too.
i'm looking for buying one but i heard that if i get pulled over, cop will give me a ticket and will take the detector. so.. i was wondering where i have to put those.
please people share your secrets.

 

I have the solo s2 cordless. I bought one of those kind of sticky pads that you can just sit on the dash so it doesn't slide around. I keep it in the corner of the dash most of the time, since there reaslly isn't anywhere else on the dash to put it. Seems to work pretty well.
