Both are really not that hard assuming you take your time. The doors are easy, 1 screw and 2 bolts on the driver door and 4 bolts on the passanger. The dash to change the HU is more of a finding game then anything. It's like 6 or 8 screws total. There have been several DYIs here that should help more.

I'd say on a scale of 1-10 on installs (10 being the hardest, 1 being the easiest), I'd put taken both apart a solid 3 (requires more then one tool). Seriously, it's not hard to do either.
