I have seen pics of someone mounting their V1 on the ceiling of the car towards the rear window, and was wondering if anyone has done this with the 8500. I know it would probably have to be mounted upside down, but I am looking for a way to conceal it. I live in VA, so mounting on the windshield is not an option. I have NC tags, so the registration sticker is in the corner of the window. I put the detector right below the sticker, but looking for alternatives.
