Just thought I'd share a positive experience I had with Crutchfield - I bought a Clarion HU from them that developed a problem after 2 weeks (the driver's front channel was working inconsistently). I called their tech support for help - they had me quickly swap inputs to the amp to confirm the HU problem and then they sent me a new unit. No problems, no hassle, no accusations that I did something wrong.

I know that their prices are higher than others on the internet, but I am glad that I used them for this purchase because their customer support is the best that I've found.

 

No doubts there. Between the free stuff they give you to install the products and the quick shipping, the extra money is always worth it.
