I'm in the process of making some speaker spacers for my JL XR650-Csi front speakers, but am having a heck of a time finding longer sheet metal screws to interface with the tapped holes in the Z door frame. Spent a half hour with a home depot guy yesterday and could not find anything close.

It's a really weird metric thread, has anyone else had this issue, and where else can you buy these screws of varying lengths?

 

I Took the Stock Speakers, Tore out the cone and Cut all of the Basket Supports to make a spacer ring. Then just mounted my New Speakers to the Basket of the old one. Worked like a charm.
