Anyone have any thoughts on this... I was thinking it would be nice if I could get it to fit in the space where the Navi screen would be...

Yeah, would be great if you can get it to fit. An alternative option might be the new Audiocontrol Digital EQs. They have a remote which allows full control of the EQ. So you could mount the EQ unit anywhere, then just the remote in the cubby hole.

I guess all in all the real trick is finding a unit that will fit.
