AM radio on the Eclipse AVN2454

Default AM radio on the Eclipse AVN2454
For those of you who have an Eclipse AVN2454, does your unit have problem receiving AM radio station signals? I was able to receive good AM radio station signals with the orginal stock head unit. After I had my Eclipse AVN2454 installed, the AM radio station signals became very noisy. Does this happen to your Z?

Can anyone answer my question please? Do I need to install a radio signal amp or the antenna wire is not connected to the head unit correct?
