Best GPS or navigation program or device?

Has there been a recent study on what is the best GPS solution available?

I know there are many options available, but what is the best one?

How much did you get your Foose wheels for? Because there is a retailer in Atlanta, GA that sells Foose wheels, just curious as to what price you had....?

I think P coded or DGPS. Look up the NAVSTAR system. Military uses P coded GPS for accuracy as well as antispoofing.
