Question replacing HU, but keeping stock NAV

I want to replace the stock HU with Kenwood Excelon DDX7015
Crutchfield has this message:

What you need to know:

*Modifications to the installation kit will be required.
*If the vehicle has factory XM it will be lost if factory radio is replaced.

*The factory navigation system will be lost if radio is replaced.

Will my stock Nav still still work? I prefer to keep the stock Nav.

Thank in advance for your answer and any input if answer is "no"
