Has anybody done this? If so, any tips? How did you mount the tweeter? Where did you mount the crossover? How did you mount the speaker (since it's 6.75")? I'm doing the install tomorrow, so any immediate help would be much appreciated.

 

The speakers are definately deep as hell and I looked at spacers from different audio stores but noticed it was almost the same thickness of the factory speaker spacer. I cut out the factory speaker and used that as the spacer. I had to strip chaulk some of the sides of the speaker but it fit no probs and no hitting the window. The tweeters are also huge so for now I am just using the stock metal brace that was holding the old fac tweeter in place. eventually ill mod the factory space and put the momo tweeter cup so i can hear the tweeter better.
