Default affordable components & 2 ways?

What affordable component & 2 way speakers would you recommend that have good overall highs, mids, and BASS? I'm a college student with a limited budget and I work at Best Buy so the discount there is very appealing. Unfortunately we only carry Kenwood and Rockford components. Any input about these components? Any recommendations on other comparably priced components & 2 ways (less than $200 a pair)?

THANKS

I bought (4) 6.5" coaxial Rockford Fosgate Powers series from BestBuy, mainly because I have Best-buy bucks from their reward program. I am not happy with these speakers at all. Sure they handle a ton of power and they are REALLY loud without too much distortion..but the sound quality isn't good at all. Sounds tinny..fake..like a boom-box at full blast in a shower.
I wouldn't go with the Kenwoods either..originally I bought a set and was so dissipointed I brought them back and got the Rockfords..so I will say the Fosgates sounded better..but they are both poor in sound quality.

I recently picked up a set of CDT Audio CL-61's from thezeb.com for 149.... They retail for quite a bit more than that... These components sound as good as my previous set of bostons...

Word. Best sounding speakers in that price range. I'm thinking of getting a pair for my daily civic.

another vote for CDTs CL61A! I have them and love them

if u want rearfill buy the CDT rearfill speaker (CL-6x) $50 or heard they sound good. I have pioneer REV series in the rear. Those are good to but slightly more expensive.

besides the 1inch spacer which is needed for all speakers. THE CDT 61As fit without problem. No idea on the rearfill speakers..
