Just a little sample of what I did today. Shot the two halves and put down five heavy coats of clear. This sheit is going to look off the hook after I cut and buff it!
Its been a month or so and I thought I would post a finished pic. Its really hard to see the glass work in the pics because everything is black. Pics just dont do it justice. Im very happy with the install and how great everything sounds.

Very nice Steve, so where are the finish photos of the entire car now??? Can't wait to see it!
Wow, how did I miss this thread.... everything's looking really sweet man. The whole xbox thing is so badass, makes me want to start everything over and do something like that. So when do we get to see a whole photoshoot of the car inside and out?
Hey great install and thanks for the pics. I have a few questions. I have begun an install for my Z and working with glass for the first time. The box is turning out great, but trying to understand the various methods used to create the finish work - like in your photo trimming around the amps, cap and woofers? Is it one piece or multiple smaller pieces fitted together? did you stretch and glue fleece to create your design? Or use another type of product to form the glass?
