Whats up all. Im not done buy i thought id post up some pics of my center console which i did a lil custom work on. I took a dash kit. filled the bottom din. cut some holes where im going to be mounting some led switches for neons under the seats...i know i know..rice...

paint on the console still needs flattening and polishing so its not THAT shiny as of now..

How did you cover up the pocket? I'm afraid of painting my dash, that it will be too distracting and shiny. I dunno.

 

i had a piece of mirrored acrylic. but u can use anything that bends and flexes. its a couple of mm's thick. i cut it out to the size of the lower din, cut the holes in it..then filled over it with body filler, and used a dremel wth a sanding drum to shave the holes bigger and shape them. then paint.
