not sure about hte amount of bass yo uwill get from the trunk mounted subs...but you should feel them some what

Don't forget air circulation for the amps, might thorw in a fan or two...

yeah i kept that in mind, thats why i left the front and the back of the amp enclosure open

Nice looking install, I can't wait to see the monitor up. You must be doing some serious tailgating there at GT?

An ex's brother got his Arch. Masters at GT, that was about 8 years ago tho. Good luck with that, he worked for Frank Gehry for a while before going out on his own.

BTW - sorry about the loss to ND, I was rooting for GT!

heck yeah theres tailgating! right before the game! lol but im workin on my masters right now...and the Notre Dame game was so muc crap...did you see the crowd going crazy?! they had some bad refs

update:
im going to home depot tomorrow to get some plexiglass to cover the amps, then ill cut my factory Z trunk mat to cover the floor and just leave the amps open with the plexiglass on top

EDIT:
the red top optima battery is going to power everything

dang! That looks really good man. I have a couple of MA audio ten's and a couple of JL audio twelve's laying around in my room and I have been trying to figure out how to put something together for my Z. I think I am going to copy you a little. Looking forward to seeing the finished product

UPDATE!!
i tried to install my 7" Panasonic Monitor yesterday. I got it all hooked up but when i turned it on there was no sound i asked the guy at east coast customs and he said that i have to remove the factor bose amp in order to run the bose subs on my amp ...is this true? i need some major help here guys ill post pics of progress later today. Everyone says the bose sound system is very complex...if any of you out there have done anything like this please give me some feedback.

You are planning on keeping the bose speakers/sub and still running subs in the trunk, correct?


I think you are going to need this:

Personally, I'd remove the Bose and stick with the aftermarket speakers and amps you are going to use.

UPDATE!!!

i have everything mounted and ready! all i have to do is tune the amp...but first im going to wirse up some LEDs because my subwoofer box covers up my trunk light...so here is what im asking you guys, should i get red LEDs to match the type R speakers or blue LEDs to match the amp light in the center?
