sorry off topic, but where can i buy the cdr55 remote for the d3? its on pioneers website for 15 dollars but i cant find an online store that sells it. anyone know?

You will not get an double din unit to fit in the cubby with out major modification/but dont think its possible..

That is if you are talking about mounting the unit in your upper cubby..

The d3 washes out more easily than the D1 under sunlight..

It's the only solid white wire coming out of the middle connector on that white box you had to loosen to get the dash to come out.

could you run a 2nd screen like a farenheit to run navigation,and be able to use the d3 for playing music at the same time?

there is a pac-swis adapter for the d3. get it either at crutchfield (sold out) or circuit city, or ebay. it works - its on my car now.

Is there a way to give a little clearer instructions on how to install the PAC. I am a little lost when connecting the 150 and 47 ohm resisters.

to modify the dash kit you will need to cut the middle piece off on the front plate, so that it will be a double din

i've tried to install it today, however the sound is not working, i didnt connect the RCA cable because those guys in bestbuy say i dont need to since i dont hv any amp, i want to know what i should check, i connect all the cable, and matches all the color already....thx
