Man people don't realize in a build log or DIY how much dedication and time it takes to photograph the whole process like u have! I kinda get started & get in the zone (insert auto zone joke here) and either don't want to stop to snap a few or forget to do it.

I work next few days but since i had a number of people ask for certain measurements I'll get them later this week and post it in here just in case it helps anyone. The only thing that might be a prob to post is the template for the curve on the sides under the small pane of glass.

I'd also love to have the measurements as well. How big is the box? I'm assuming it is sealed? Good to see you are using some non-mainstream equipment. Resonant Engineering are very nice products, used to own a XXX and MX model. IMO you should of went with a better deadening then the edead. SecondSkin or Raamat at the very least.

Facts FTW.
Maybe the site's part of the placebo effect, I don't know.

They might be better now that they've changed to Butyl Rubber.

Those facts are FTL since the product is different now, but I see where you were going in the first place =)

Herpes! And u told me u were clean lol nah got some pneumonia/bronchitis in a bad way! Unfortuantely all the fumes from the paint and glue etc plus an y saw dust will probably make it worst so i', takeing a week break to be safe. I'll see how i'm feelin later this week (or i'll get impatient and do it anyway heh)

UPDATE - PICS
Ok still feeling pretty sick but now that my wife is @ work (a nurse) and not telling me NO i can't work on anything due to fumes and saw dust etc got a little done despite still feeling sick.

Wrapping, glueing, and stapleing the vinyl

The front

Window cut and vinyl stretched around edges and plexi window installed

Back side

Unfortunately I'm @ a standstill cause the cold cathode tubes i ordered for lighting or on back order. (Damn u Oznium) I was gonna use LED strips and some plexi glass to do some cool lighting but the huge amp i got ate all my extra room so the effect would be loss. Maybe down the road I might try something different out.
