I bought a 2006 Z last summer that had a CarPC already installed. It looks very OEM and uses the 2006 factory Nav bezel. It works fine but I bought a Boosted Performance turbo kit and need proper monitoring and datalogging so I bought a Zeitronix and DashDAQ that will replace the upper screen and allow me to remove all other aftermarket gauges.

The upper screen uses Dash Command software with a GTR skin to display OBD2 information. It looks exactly like a GTR display except for what it can display of course. IAT, timing advance, coolant temp, RPM, speed, fuel economy, HP/TQ, MAF. It can also read and clear codes.

The lower screen uses Centrafuse software to control music, video, navigation, bluetooth, Sirius radio. Music can be added to a USB solid state drive or you can plug your mp3 player in with USB.

Every cable that was hooked up is included. The PC runs on Windows but boots into the Dash Command and Centrafuse displays automatically. The Nav buttons are not functional.

The 2006-2008 Nav bezel, nav button panel and filler panel are not included. I will let them go for $300 plus buyer pays shipping OR I will trade for a 2006 non-nav bezel and cubby plus $200.

carputer dummie here, if I plug this into my 03 z will all the obd2 info work? do the buttons on the navi bezel work? I was thinking I would just hack up my 03 non navi bezel.. where did you mount the supply/pc?

It should work fine with any year as far as I know. Just like any code reader will plug into any year of OBD2 port, this should work the same way.

The buttons aren't functional and are just there to make it look right.

The whole thing was mounted on a board with brackets behind the driver's seat panel. Most of the cables are run up the center tunnel and behind the dash. The Sirius and GPS antenna's are magnetized and stuck underneath the interior panel on the rear strut tower bar.
