I hope that means you're definitely getting your Z Harry.

Not definite yet Matt, but, looking better! I'll let you know when it is final, hopefully within the next two weeks.

Hey guys I have had info that my Z is on the boat. I should have it around mid-June if all goes well (optimistic knowing my luck). Anyway I'll be keen to do the Sydney run maybe early - mid July.

Come on Hazza, you can do it mate! Everything is possible and you only live once.

Apsilon, unless I've missed them, I haven't seen any more pics from you. I'm interested cause mines a DB Track too.

Ray_7 come on over too. It's only about 5000kms.

Excited!!!!

It's the damn rain, the car's filthy. I know we needed it to some extent but it'd be more useful further west.

Anyway, if all goes well there'll be plenty of photos from Wakefield this weekend.

Apsilon I think the Z is like a girlfriend.

You have to at some point see them without their makeup.

The DB is just so hot and it's good to see you have good taste.

I had a Brilliant Blue S15 and the colour just made it all the more awesome.

Blue is my colour.

The amount of Sydney rain is unbelievable.

Yeah but like your girlfriend you don't take pics and post them on the internet

DB is incredible in the sunlight, everyone loves it. You won't be disappointed.

Apsilon, I'd love to join you and other fellow Z owner for a drive over some twisty roads. Just let me know the date you plan to do it. Unfortunately cannot make Wakefield this weekend however, but thanks for the invite.

Any updates on delivery for those of you still waiting?

After speaking to Nathan on Sunday he told me there's a race meet on at Eastern Creek on the 21st and 22nd of June. Perhaps that's a possible meeting point for us? Not exactly a drive but we could meet up, have lunch and watch some racing. I don't have a portable BBQ so it'll have to be a BYO lunch or something.

I wouldn't mind catching up at Eastern Creek on Sun 22/5/03. I am guessing that Nathan is racing. What other classes are racing?
We ca meet for a run in July if more people have there cars by then - not a problem

Hi everyone, I found out today that my boat arrives this Saturday 6th June. Apparently I will have the car 7 - 10 days from then.

So maybe I will make the 22nd June Eastern Creek gathering.

Can hardly wait, I'm climbing up the walls still.

KY350, yes Nathan is racing but it's not a GTP round. It's "NSW Car State Open Meeting" so I'm not 100% on what that entails. Entry is $16.50 according to the website.

There's also a round of GTP at Oran Park around July 11 IIRC.

We don't have to meet at a racing event of course. I'd still like to see us get together for a drive.

Apsilon, I will pm you closer to the 22/6 if you will be going to EC.

Fatmanoz - I know how you feel. It sound like you have a good dealer keeping you informed of the arrival dates of the boat. Mine would tell me anything and I had to phone Niss Aust for info. Keep on the dealer once the boat has docked and ask him to arrange a priority clearance (radio fitment etc that occurslocally before the car is sent to the dealer) to get the car to your dealer asap.

KY350, no problem. I won't know until closer to the date if I can make it myself although I hope to.

Is anyone planning on going to Eastern Creek this coming weekend (22/6)? I'm not so sure I can make it now but if I know others are going I'll make a special effort.

I was gonna go to a charity/environmental landcare day (I work at Sony and we are sponsoring this event), but I may have to miss that due to a rib injury.

Like you, if the response is good, I may come to Eastern Creek instead. In my new Z of course, which I happen to pick up tomorrow (he says with a big grin on his face).

Hi guys. I'm keen to go on Sat and meet up with everyone. The only thing that can stop me from going is if I have to go to Newcastle. I'll know definately tomorrow and will reply again.

Cheers
Michael

Guys, I'll be going to Eastern Creek on Sat if others are planning on also going. Please advise if you will also make it to the track on Sat. I don't know what time it starts, but I would probably be there by 10:30am.

I'll be able to make it out for a couple of hours on Sat. Believe it or not depsite the creek being the closest track to me (or Amaroo) I've never been there. Do we want to meet up somewhere outside so we can find each other?
