I had parking sensors fitted to my car the other week. The ones I fitted were the same as the ones sold through nissan but at a much better price.

I have been quite happy with them and could not complain about the install either.

Contact Details for the Installer
Keith from ProFit
0419 400 990

Please mention my Name (Michael - Silver 350z) to see if you get a better price

Here is a pic from ZZZ-35
LINK
which I believe is the same kit

Would you mind posting some details on how they work? eg I assume they only activate when you engage reverse so they're not beeping everytime someone pulls up behind you in traffic. Do the sensor heads need to be painted or do they come colour matched? Rough price?

Thanks

apsilon try this LINK

The unit only activates when you engage reverse ie: 12v is pulled from the reverse lamp.

A confirmation beep tells you that reverse is engaed and then the sensors beep faster and faster until a solid tone is heard.

On mine when there is a constant tone it is about 20cm away from the object.

Hope this helps. If not drop me an email.

PS: Yes you do get them sprayed first. Keith sent me the sensors prior to fittment and I got them painted first.

Thanks for that. That's the same one one of the forum members in Melbourne fitted isn't it? About $800 IIRC.

Default Parking Sensors

I was quoted by a dealer at $595 for the "reverse" brand and they are going to color code it for me

Good price but cannot comment on the product as I do not know of it.

The "burg" one that I have is adjustable though. ie: If one of the sensors are not sensitive enough or the reverse you can adjust each sensor.

C-Nine. Is this a four head or two head unit ?
