i bet u CAPA go with Vortech, ATI has no support for the procharger kit. The biggest complaints on the forums are from the lack of interest by the company after sale.

And as far as price is concerned the vortech isn't far off from turbo. It would be good to see what they come up with though.

ATI is just great value... too bad the company sux!

Spoke with tony the other week from CAPA and he mentioned that they may go with a positive displacement type supercharger like the eaton. I mentioned that the guys in the US have done this and require the bonnet to be cut. After that there really was no comment besides "We will not cut the bonnet". Tony also mentioned that they might team up with a few of the US guys for this.

I also thought that they would of used a vortech..

Time will tell

im assuming ur referring to that shmick looking RX8. That car has a MazdaSpeed kit, which includes front bumper, skirts, rear defuser/apron and adjustable rear wing. It comes pre-painted and all up is around AUS $7,000. Also the alloys r the yet to b released RacingHart C somethings....CZ if i recall. I had the opportunity to drive an RX8 last week, and created a thread in the Aus forum. Do a search if ur interested in my unbiased (i dont own a Z) review.

Ciao

Hahaha have u guys dl and watched that stillen supercharger video posted on the forum. Stillen mount the blower on top of the engine, requiring some bonnet hacking. When he popped the hood, and i saw the vertical belt, reminded me of MadMax......last oda V`ate inceptors I was hoping to c the familair toggle switch to start the baby spinning, but there'll b no MadMax impersonating unfortunately.

Wow what a mean looking blower, u know id buy it just for the look......if i could get the on/off switch hooked up. Could u imagine, lining some cap wearing punk up in a turbo silvia at the lights, switch on the blower, it starts spooling, he looks over at the belt spinning and engine rocking as u rev it up......yeeeeha baby
