Default H/T Exhaust Gaskets

I'm trying to find another center gasket (two-hole) for my H/T catback. The H/T office gave me a "Ford" p/n (BA 5C250 C), but it doesn't appear in the U.S. dealers' parts numbers. Can anyone here tell me, or find out, what the vehicle application is?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I would assume that seeing as though Hi Tech is an Ozstrayan company the part number they gave would be for an Oz Ford. The simplest way, I suspect, would be to make your own.

Failing that you could get one sent over, only take a week or so.

As always

Is there any reason why HiTech won't just sell you one? Surely they must have some in stock that they put in their kits.

There's also the other issue that the BA Falcon isn't sold in the US, so its not all that surprising that they don't have any specific "BA" part numbers in their list.

Just use some silicon gasket in a tube, preferably one with a high copper content but not mandatory. Should handle the heat fine, be readily available and cheap.

Hi-Tech has sent a couple of replacements, they just haven't shown up yet. Their last email informed me the gaskets were from the Falcon, so I'll investigate some more, just for hysterical purposes. Meanwhile, I did use the sealant recommended here, and it's working, so far.

Thanks for the suggestions.
