Schuitemaker Motorsports/ 350EVO.com 350Z GAC driver BJ Zacharias has teamed up with Hyper-Sports Racing for this coming weekend's Rolex 24.
" I am very excited for this great oppurtunity to be working with Hyper-Sports , Nissan Motorsports USA and Menards Engine Group. The Daytona Prtotypes are defintley the place to be in motorsports. To be able to build apon the realtions with Nissan Motorsports and Menards Engine Group only makes it better. The guys at Hyper-Sports have a great crew lined up and they run a very proffesional operation"
The Infiniti powered Doran DP chassis is the first and only Daytona Prototype so far to use the Infiniti power plant.
This coming weeknds race is one of the largest most competitve fields in years. With drivers coming from Champ car, IRL ,F1, ALMS, NASCAR and other European series... its sure to be an all out battle. The Rolex series is growing faster and faster and is proving to be the primier endurance road racing series.
17 Hours of the Rolex 24 will be broadcast live this coming weekend on Speedchannel or check out www.grand-am.com

Congradulations on such a wonderful promotion to the upper echelon of drivers. This is a tribute to your skills and dedication to your craft. You have helped a lot of us along the line and I am sure I echo the sentiments of those you have helped in so many ways to say; "You are our man at Datona BJ!!
Go gettem!! This gives us someone to really cheer for on this Super Bowl weekend.

Thanks everyone for their continued support.
THe Hyper Sport Infiniti Doran was whoot!
The team did a great job with very limited time with the car.
We basically ended up using the entire race as a 24 hour test session. There were a lot of things that needed attention... being a new car and engine package. The Hyper-Sport crew is the first team to run the Infiniti engine pacakge.
Hats off to the entire team and to Nissan Motorsports for the oppurtunity.
There was a lot learned in a short period of time.

BJ what did you think of the new layout of Daytona. ie the windows in the pit area and such a close relation to the fans. I really enjoyed it personally and just wanted to see what someone on the other side had to say about it.
