Default GTech Pro Road Race Version

Has any used the new road race capable GTech Pro?

http://www.gtechpro.com/rr.html

I just download the new firmware to my GTech and supporting software to my computer. I have a 2 year old GTech Pro Competition that I hadn't touched in forever, but now that this is out, it is a whole new toy. The cool thing is, GTech allows you to upgrade the firmware for free. The software is free too. And to think I almost sold it. Glad I kept it around.

I plan on sticking in the car for VIR this weekend. Are there any tips, etc. that anyone who has used it can offer?

Thanks.

Sean

I got one late last year, and while the software isn't as good as a Geez! it does have the advantage of monitoring the RPMs as well.

There's a guy who sells mapping software (so that you can see the course) at <http://www.slip-angle.com>

I update my firmware also. I works pretty good. You can see how many g's you are pulling through corner.
