PERFORMANCE NISSAN TO RACE CALIFORNIA RACES
February 25, 2005 ?ERosamond Ca
The Performance Nissan Racing Team will be back competing in the
Grand-Am Cup series at both of the California races in April. Mike
Cronin Jr. will be back behind the wheel of the #33 Nissan 350Z.
The race winning #13 350Z and the always fast and podium finishing #23
350Z have been sold. The #23 will be owned and driven by Kenny Bupp of
Fort Lauderdale Florida. Co-driving with Kenny will be long time road
racer Jon Leavy, also of Fort Lauderdale. The #13 350Z is now owned and
driven by Steve Gorriaian of Providence Rhode Island. Joining Steve will
be Tomy Drissi of Hollywood California.
Unitech Racing is back on board with Performance Nissan Racing and will
be preparing all three cars prior to the California Speedway event.
Unitech will be providing at track service and crew for both the #33 and
#13 cars while the boys from Florida will be maintaining the #23 car.
Testing and development of the 350Z has been on a steady pace all winter
and hopes are high for all three cars to have good run at the two
California events.
Unitech Racing, Inc. is steadily working on the new Rolex GT class
Nissan 350Z that they hope to debut later this year in the Grand-Am
Rolex Series. Watch the website www.unitechracing.com

The group purchasing the #13 car is the group I've been working with. The current plan for the car is to bring it to the East coast after the CA races, and hopefully run a good chunk of the remainder of the 2005 season if all goes well.
