Default how to heat cycle

Just got some new Yoko Advan A032Rs, need tips/suggestions on how to heat cycle them. It's the hard compound version.

I honestly do ot think it is worth the money to have tirerack heat cycle tires. Some people do think its worth it. Lately I haven't been heat cycling at all. I'll just scrub the tires in and go to a event although they do seem slightly faster the second event. When I do heat cycle I do a figure 8 in a parking lot until the tires hot enough (temp depends on the tire) take them off for a couple days and let them sit.

I read the tirerack article, it just tells you that they can do it for you and that it should be done, not how.

I'll rip up the local parking lot next weekend, maybe 10-15 minutes?
