Default transporting tires

Has anyone been able to put 4 mounted tires in there Z? If you have, how did you do it? I haven't tried yet, but I may for the next autocross. I know that I can put two in the passenger seat.

2 in the passenger seat vertically, one in the spare tire well and flat on the speaker panel behind the front seats, sitting on that panel and the strut brace, or just in front of it, I can't remember exactly. (I put 2 245/40-17 and 2 245/45-17s in)

I've driven over 15 hours with 4 275/40/17's race wheels/tires. It kinda sucks but you get used to it.

Stuffed all four 275/35-18s for every event last season. Now I have a trailer... it's cool... but there's nothing like the sweet aroma of warm race rubber in the car. I used to put one above the speaker enclosure between the back of the driver's seat and the rear shock tower structure (it's placed horizontal). One down in the spare tire well. One behind the passenger's seat, pushed up high and held in placed by moving the seat back against it (it's placed vertical). And the last one crowning my air tank, sitting in the passenger's seat (horizontal). I had visibility out of most angles... not the passenger's side, quarter window.

Now that I think of it... that trailer's really cool.

Default no problem

I use the same config as everyone here, but I put blankets down on the passenger seat for the two vertical, and a largish towel down for the tire on the brace between the seats and the rear stabilizer.

I also fit all my tools, a floor jack, 5 gal air bubble, tire iron, helmet and a cooler.

Nice part is it forces you to remove all that dead weight from the trunk before you get to the track.
