I signed up for an event in michigan and noticed there are two B stock groups, one is (street tire B stock) and the other is (B stock) what is the difference, and if I am using Kuhmo 710's, are they considered street tires, being they are DOT legal?

Street tire classes (Street Touring classes) under SCCA rules require a treadwear rating of 140+. 710s have a treadwear rating of 30. The SCCA rules do not recognize a "street tire" B Stock so you may want to check with the event organizer to see what the rules are for this event. In all likelihood, they will use the treadwear rating of 140 as the cut off.
