my set-up
aircraft aluminium.....................(home depot)
bent by my custom tools...........(pliers)
precision drilled holes.................(dewalt)
professionally installed & tuned....(me)
hahahaha
anyway, it bridges between the 2 seats for a very firm platform, in & out in 30seconds.

i have used a mount where there are two holes drilled into aluminum with a camera attachment on the end. i did not have any vibrations and the position and quality were quite good. i'd recommend it! not too tough to DIY. do-it-yourself. not dyi. do-yourself-it.
